We offer mechanical properties testing by our on-site PJLA accredited Independent Steel Testing (℠) laboratory.
We provide fast turnaround times for customers who require lab testing. Samples are cut from coils that you send to us for processing. Test reports are promptly completed by our PJLA Accredited lab, including Yield Strength, Tensile Strength, Total Elongation, n-Value, r-Value, Rockwell Hardness, and more.

A key component of our quality assurance offering is our newly upgraded state-of-the-art ISRA Parsytec automated surface inspection system, which enhances our pickling processes. Our Parsytec system identifies material surface defects and produces width charts which can alert our customers to potential upstream and downstream production issues, and catalogues and maps defects on every coil.
The system also generates real-time quality grading data to prevent under- or over-pickling and reduce rework potential.
