With degrees in Mechanical Engineering and MBA, Sergei began his career at Cargill Ferrous in 1995. In 2003-2013 Sergei served as CFO/CEO of Dearborn, MI-based Severstal NA leading the company's growth, including green-field construction of the Columbus, MS steel mill and automotive finishing facilities in Dearborn, MI. In 2014 Sergei founded SNK Ventures, an investment firm focusing on metals processing and logistics.

Kevin graduated from the University of Toledo with a degree in Business Administration. Kevin joined OPP in early 2010 and shortly transitioned into a Production Supervisor role overseeing the Pickle line, Shipping, and Receiving departments. In 2013 Kevin was promoted to the Operations Manager role where he has led the OPP team on overall Plant Operations, multiple Capital Improvement Projects, Environmental, and Safety compliance.

Mike’s role as Vice President – Finance at OPP followed the acquisition of OPP’s assets and operations in October 2020. Mike began his career with KPMG in the eighties, moving to the steel industry with Rouge Steel, Severstal, and most recently AK Steel/AK Tube from 2014 to 2020, where Mike held executive positions in finance and accounting. Mike's wealth of experience allows him to practice the craft of finance and contribute to OPP's management team.

Jason started at OPP in 2011 as a maintenance supervisor after a distinguished career in the US Military. Jason's leadership skills and experience in industrial equipment management have been and remain great assets for OPP. In 2014 Jason has assumed the position of OPP Maintenance Manager leading regular and preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, capital projects, and many other initiatives.

Tyler joined OPP in 2013 as Pickling Line Operator and worked at all processing units expanding his knowledge of OPP Operations. In 2020 Tyler took on the new role of Logistics Manager where he led the dynamic start-up of OPP's own Trucking Operation. Tyler's broad knowledge of processing, steel handling, and logistics allows him to develop the most efficient solutions for OPP's customers and ensure superior service.

Tyler joined OPP in 2010 as a Slitting Operator and shortly transitioned into a Production Supervisor role overseeing the Slitting department and interacting with the customers to ensure quality and the best turnaround time. In 2021 Tyler took on the new role of Production Manager in which he will oversee scheduling and production at all units, quality, and IT systems.
